Hi! My name is Tammy (some people call me Tamara) Schmidt.
I’m a big hearted, creative soul with history of losing herself in the work, projects and emotions of others. In my mind, this was how I showed my care for the world and my family, but really, it wasn’t necessarily the best way, and it caused me to do less of what I wanted to do with this precious life of mine.

With time, and experience, came learning. Nature is my medicine. I’ve flipped my method. Spending time in nature helps me find my way back to myself and my authentic life. It has encouraged a profound sense of self-love, and it has helped me find my innate resiliency. It helps me participate in my life in a way that truly reflects me. This is gold.
Now, I am ready to share this with you. Through my practice daily nature connection, I have come up with a method that encourages sensitive, empathic people to stay connected with themselves, all in the company of nature. Taking time to relax and recalibrate each day, they are better able to sort out their feelings from what is going on around them. They are able to be more of themselves and contribute in more meaningful ways.
