If winter has you feeling tired, tender, or a little scattered, this is a simple way to come back to yourself, from wherever you are.

- Weekend replay links + a short summary page (so you can revisit or catch up)

Pick the time that works best for you. A recording is sent to you by the end of each week, you can return to this as many times as you like.

I’m Tamara Schmidt, a certified forest therapy guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT) and nature connection coach. I guide people through grounded, accessible practices that support calm, clarity, and self-trust, from wherever you are (city, home, or outdoors).
FAQ
Do I get recordings?
Yes. You’ll receive a weekend replay link for each week, plus a short summary page. If you can’t attend live, you can still follow along.
Can I cancel?
Because the series includes weekly guides and replay links, registration is non-refundable. If you miss a live session, you’re welcome to use the replay at a time that suits you best, as many times as you would like.
Do I need to live near nature?
Not at all. These practices work anywhere: with a houseplant, a window view, even at night, a balcony, a neighbourhood walk, or simply your senses and imagination.
