Stepping out, there is often more than I imagine

Winter walks in nature can provide many moments of surprise. The photos below are from January 5, 2023, when I on my winter walk I found many branches and leaves covered in hoar frost. It felt like a magical wonderland and I was excited to see what I would see next.

Not every day is like this, but I can honestly say that I have no idea what I will see during my nature connection until I arrive.
