Thursday and Saturday mornings

Small Group Sessions
- Virtual (2 – 10 participants): $35/person/session
- December 26th or December 30th
- Duration: 60 minutes
- Share in the journey with a supportive group exploring nature-connection practices from your own home.

Tammy was a great guide and took the time to explain everything. I wasn’t sure exactly what Forest Therapy was of what was involved, but she explained some things before we started the walk and throughout the walk as well. The invitations helped me to slow down and really experience nature. I’ve been so used to just hiking through the woods without slowing down to sense/feel/see all of the detail.
It was a great experience and wish it could have been longer.
